Purpose: The purpose of this action plan is to provide a variety of programs to positively alter the futures of African American men in Jackson, MS. We strive to improve their chances of success by encouraging them toward success in education, healthy living, life skills, and by empowering them to become socially and economically responsible in society.
Goal: Is to provide opportunities and resources to (20) African American males, in the Jackson area, to assist them in staying school, obtaining High School Diploma/GED, continuing there education through college or providing them with career skills training.

There are opportunities for the discussion to be held in various arenas. - 1. School Tour (Jackson Public School, Canton Public Schools)
2. Church/Faith Based Tours
3. Other Community tours (hosted by various community organization or agencies)
